The "Priceless Surprises" campaign was a collaborative effort between American Airlines and MasterCard aimed at delivering exclusive cardholder perks and engaging a younger demographic through a series of memorable travel experiences. At the center of this campaign was a private concert featuring Grammy-winning artist Carrie Underwood.

The multi-platform campaign focused on an authentic narrative that showcased real fan experiences, celebrity interaction, and the thrill of unexpected delights.

We helped amplify by creating a story around influencer Amymarie Gaertner’s journey from Ohio to LA where she watched the concert and met Carrie Underwood. Amymarie’s millions of followers followed along and got a front row seat for the journey through live streaming, tweeting, and Instagram stories.

We crafted the photo and video content specifically for each of their social media channels, websites, and the seat-back displays of every American Airlines flight.
